In late 2016, Solmates, a fantastic new fund raising initiative kicked off and successfully launched in Singapore and is available to schools m NGOs and corporations in the Asia Pacific region including Australasia ,China, Malaysia and india .
Solmates is a new, exciting and unique program that combines:
1. education
2. practical student involvement
3. class teamwork
4. benevolence
5. science
6. sustainability
7. environmental issues
8. geography
9. helping other less fortunate children
10. gifting a solar light (Solmate) to a village.
All of this is contained in one fun and interesting fundraising activity.
It is not just about fundraising; it is also about learning and engaging with the recipients of your donations whether they are local or international and helping poorer people to a healthier life by replacing kerosene with solar energy
