What is the "Solmates for Life" program?

Solmates for Life is where school children literally create light for another child. By raising money to purchase a light, children then get to study the science and assemble the light at school. The finished lights are then sent to an 'off the grid' village to help other kids to read and have a better life.
Juying primary school is a perfect local example of how easy the program is for their school and how effective it is for the recipient village.
These pictures are of the Juying students in class and the recipients of their lights.
One small light will improve the life of this family unit every day .
