Thanks to the efforts of Juying Primary School, Singapore and and Shanghai High School International Division , Shanghai, nearly 300 young Nepalese students in remote villages in Nepal can now study at night.

Their families will also save significant money as they don't need to purchase as much kerosene .

The Principles of each village school have written letters of appreciation to these forward thinking schools and their wonderful students to say thank you for helping to change not only their lives by the lives of their families and the village a whole.

We now have a collective 600 students on both sides, who have become Solmates for Light !
